Provides a basic knowledge of computer-aided design methods and design technologies: The student learns the AutoCAD universal design system; the ability to create two-dimensional technical drawings with the help of computer-aided design systems, to edit them, to mark dimensions, to create and use specialised libraries of drawing elements; the basic knowledge of three-dimensional models; the knowledge of rules of designing details and products and their application in drawings; the ability to analyse and create construction and road construction drawings by applying the current standards to construction and road construction drawings according to the design rules.
